Enjoy this video of me instructing in Spanish how to make Chinese fried rice …two months ago I traveled to the ¨Oriente¨ (eastern part of Guatemala…with hot temperatures and cowboys) to be a featured guest on the TV cooking show of my Peace Corps friends. Yes, I am a wee bit jealous that their town has its own TV channel, given that our town doesn´t even have a radio program, but I can silence those complaints because I got to participate in their show!!…

Are you near Xela? My wife and I will be there in November for Spanish classes. We hope to speak well enough to get assigned to a spanish-speaking country when we join the PC when we retire in a few years.
